To ensure that I can serve all my clients effectively, please review my cancellation policy below: Cancellation Notice: A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required for any cancellations or rescheduling of appointments. This allows me to adjust my schedule and offer the time to other clients who may be waiting for availability. Late Cancellations & No-Shows: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment will incur a cancellation fee of 50% of the service cost. Late Arrivals: In case of late arrival on your part, please be aware that the service time may be shortened, and the full service fee will still apply. If I arrive late due to unforeseen circumstances, I will extend your service time accordingly, or offer an alternative solution. Emergencies & Exceptions: Life happens, and I understand that. If you need to cancel or reschedule due to an emergency or unforeseen circumstances, please contact me as soon as possible. I am happy to work with you on a case-by-case basis.
